Ok, for anyone wondering about customer service: it's excellent, anyone wondering about these black N95 facemarks: they are soft when touching face and fit securely they also don't cause my reading glasses to develop condensation which to me is a great feature. My husband uses them too and feels the same! They are worth the price plus look no further for peace of mind.

This is the second purchase that I have made from this company. The white KN95 masks, along with the black disposable KN95 masks, have been exceptional! The fit is perfect and I feel so well protected whenever I wear these masks! These masks far exceed any other masks that I have worn.
